When someone is watching or looking at you all the time, it makes you uncomfortable, doesn't it? Horses feel the same way - it is pressure to them. It is ok to look at your horse to ask him to do something, but as soon as he does it, take your eyes away from him and slump (relax) your body - he'll think he got the right answer when you do that and he is comfortable again which he loves.
